Family Law Document Preparation
Family law matters can involve a lot of paperwork, especially when emotions are already running high. We prepare documents for both contested and uncontested cases, including divorce with or without children, paternity, child support, modifications, motions, and temporary custody by extended family. Our goal is to take the paperwork burden off your shoulders and make the process easier to manage from one step to the next.
Probate Document Preparation
Probate can feel overwhelming when you are already dealing with the loss of a loved one. We assist with Florida Summary Administration and help organize the paperwork and filing process so you know what is needed and what happens next. If the estate requires Formal Administration, we can refer you to an attorney who can assist with that process.
Estate Planning Documents
Estate planning is about making your wishes clear and making things easier for the people you care about. We prepare Last Wills and Testaments, Durable Powers of Attorney, Health Care Surrogate Designations, Living Wills, and Enhanced Life Estate Deeds, commonly known as Lady Bird Deeds. We handle the preparation and signing process so your documents are properly completed and ready when you need them.
