This includes divorces with or without children, marital settlement agreements, parenting plans, paternity matters, child support documents, supplemental petitions, modifications, motions, temporary custody by extended family, financial affidavits, child support worksheets, answers, waivers, proposed final judgments, and related court forms.
For uncontested matters, we can prepare the documents necessary to put the parties’ agreement into writing and get the case ready for filing and completion.
For existing cases, we also prepare supplemental and post-judgment documents when circumstances have changed or additional paperwork needs to be filed.
Family Law
Estate planning doesn’t have to be complicated or expensive.
We prepare practical estate planning documents for individuals, couples, and families who want to put their wishes in writing and make things easier for the people they leave behind.
Documents we commonly prepare include Last Wills and Testaments, Durable Powers of Attorney, Designations of Health Care Surrogate, Living Wills, HIPAA Authorizations, and complete estate planning packages.
We also prepare Enhanced Life Estate Deeds, commonly known as Lady Bird Deeds, as well as Quit Claim Deeds and other commonly requested property transfer documents.

Estate Planning
Probate paperwork can feel especially overwhelming when you are already dealing with the loss of a family member.
We prepare documents for both Summary Administration and Formal Administration throughout Florida and can assist with many of the filings that arise from opening an estate through closing it.
Depending on the estate, that may include petitions, oaths, designations, proposed orders, inventories, notices to creditors, creditor-related filings, petitions for discharge, further administration documents, and other supporting probate paperwork.
We also help make the practical side easier by providing clear instructions for signatures, notarization, filing, mailing original documents, recording documents when necessary, and handling the next paperwork step after an order is entered.
